Terms of sale and licence.
These terms cover buying and using Synfonos Premium. The free version needs no account and no payment.
Who we are
Synfonos is made by Animanya Yazılım, an individual developer. This is the same name the Privacy page gives as the data controller. Contact: emeteozturk@gmail.com.
Paddle is the merchant of record
Premium is sold through Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record. When you buy, the sale is between you and Paddle: Paddle takes the payment, handles the tax and sends the receipt. Paddle's checkout terms apply to the purchase.
We receive your email address and the state of your purchase. We do not see your card details. We sell Premium nowhere else: not in the Microsoft Store and not in Google Play.
What you buy
A Premium licence for Synfonos: the features the pricing page lists as Premium. You choose a plan: Monthly, Yearly or Lifetime. Monthly and Yearly renew until you cancel. Lifetime is one payment with no renewal and covers every Premium feature in this and later versions of Synfonos; it does not include Pro. The prices and the 7-day trial are on the pricing page, and they include tax: the price shown is the price you pay.
The Free version needs no account and no payment.
You get a personal, non-exclusive licence to use Synfonos. You do not get ownership of it.
One account, one active PC
- Premium belongs to your email account and works on one PC at a time, together with the phones connected to that PC.
- To use Premium on another PC, sign in there with the same email address. Premium moves to that PC, and the PC you left goes back to the Free limits at its next daily licence check. You do not need to ask us.
- The PC checks its licence about once a day and keeps working for up to 30 days without a connection. If our licence server cannot be reached, Premium stays on.
- We record how many times a licence is moved. There is no hard limit today. If we see abuse, we may add one.
- Do not share or resell your account, and do not try to get around the licence checks.
Subscriptions: renewal and cancelling
- Monthly and Yearly renew at the end of each period and Paddle charges the payment method you used, until you cancel.
- You can cancel any time, using the link in your Paddle receipt email or by writing to us. Cancelling stops future renewals. Premium keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for.
- The 7-day trial runs inside the app. It asks for no payment details, and nothing is charged when it ends.
- If a renewal payment fails or a subscription ends, Synfonos keeps working with the Free limits. It does not lock, and nothing of yours is deleted.
Refunds
You can ask for your money back within 14 days of any payment, a renewal included. How to ask.
Your rights, and what we cannot promise
Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have by law as a consumer.
We cannot test every phone, PC and headphone. Try the Free version or the trial first, and see the tested devices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you buy as a consumer, you keep the protection of the law of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim there.
Changes
We may update these terms as Synfonos changes. The date at the top shows the last change.
